When you purchase a 3-pack or 5-pack, you get that many reports to use across multiple properties. Submit properties one at a time. Your pack balance is tracked in your dashboard. 3-pack reports valid 6 months; 5-pack 12 months.
If your report hasn't been started, we can issue a full refund. Once research has begun, refunds aren't available as the work is done. For multi-packs, unused reports can be refunded pro-rata within the validity period.
